This policy explains how V Drop RO System handles information provided through this website and related customer communications. It applies to visitors, people sending enquiries and customers requesting orders or RO services.
Information we collect
Contact and service forms collect your name, phone number, optional email address, city or area, product details and message. Order requests also collect your delivery address, pincode, selected products, quantities and notes. Reviews collect a name, optional city, rating and comment. If you communicate on WhatsApp or email, we receive the information and attachments you choose to share. Customer and administrative accounts use sign-in details and account identifiers. Customers can save their name, phone number, delivery address, city and pincode in their private account profile. Older order records may include payment references or screenshots supplied during previous workflows; the current checkout does not collect payment.
How we use your details
We use these details to answer enquiries, confirm compatibility, prepare prices, arrange orders and delivery, respond to service requests, handle replacements or warranty returns, and maintain necessary business records. Reviews are shown publicly only after approval. We do not publish your order address, phone number or email. Anonymous order tracking shows limited order information after a matching order reference or phone number is entered; keep these details private.
WhatsApp and external links
WhatsApp buttons open a conversation with our configured business number. Product enquiries may include the product name, SKU, requested quantity and page link. The website does not send a message without you choosing to send it in WhatsApp. WhatsApp, Instagram, YouTube and email services handle information under their own policies. Avoid sending passwords, full bank details or unnecessary identity documents.
Local storage, cookies and technical data
The cart uses your browser’s local storage to remember selected products. Customer and administrative sign-in also store session information in the browser. The selected English or Hinglish language is remembered in browser storage. Essential hosting and security services may use cookies and process technical information such as network addresses and request logs. The application does not currently include a separate advertising or analytics tracker. You may clear browser storage to remove the saved cart and sign-in session; doing so may affect these functions.
Storage, security and access
Records are stored using Lovable Cloud and its hosting and storage services. Customer account profiles can only be read and updated by the signed-in account holder. Enquiry and order records are restricted to authorised administrators; publicly visible product and approved article content is accessible to visitors. We use access controls and validate submissions, but no online service can be guaranteed completely secure. Send only the information needed for your request.
Sharing and payments
We share necessary order and contact details with delivery or transport providers when arranging fulfilment, and with service providers operating the website. Information may also be disclosed where legally required or necessary to address fraud or protect legal rights. The current website has no integrated online payment gateway and never confirms payment through checkout. If payment is arranged separately, the relevant bank or payment service applies its own privacy terms.
Retention
We keep enquiry, service and order information for as long as reasonably needed to handle your request, provide after-sales support, resolve disputes and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. We have not specified a single fixed retention period for every record type. You can ask us about a particular record or request deletion; records still needed for legal or active business obligations may need to be retained.
Your choices and privacy requests
Contact us to request access to the personal information you provided, correction of inaccurate details, deletion where appropriate, or withdrawal of consent for optional communications. You can also raise a privacy concern or request help exercising rights available under applicable Indian law. We may ask for limited information to verify that the request relates to you. Withdrawal does not undo processing already necessary to fulfil an order or retain legally required records. Children’s privacy
This website is intended for adults placing product or service enquiries. Children should not submit personal details without a parent or guardian’s involvement. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.
