Website and order requests
V Drop supplies RO spare parts and accessories on a wholesale and retail basis. Adding items to your cart or submitting a request is not a payment or final order confirmation. We confirm availability, final pricing, shipping charges and fulfilment details separately before accepting your order.
Prices and product information
Prices are displayed only where verified by the owner. Products marked Contact for price require a quote. Original prices and discounts are shown only where applicable. Shipping is additional unless specifically agreed. Please confirm taxes, invoice details and any bulk quantity terms before payment. Photos and specifications help identify products but do not by themselves guarantee compatibility.
Compatibility and safe installation
Check the purifier model, dimensions, electrical ratings, connections and manufacturer instructions before ordering a replacement part. Contact us with the existing part’s details if unsure. Electrical or pressurised components should be installed by a suitable technician. Buying a part does not guarantee a particular water quality result.
Availability and fulfilment
Availability may change while an order request is being reviewed. Quantity-tracked products are checked again when an administrator accepts a request. Manual stock status may be used where individual quantities are not tracked. We will contact you if the requested product or quantity cannot be supplied. An enquiry does not reserve inventory until accepted.
Payment
There is no integrated payment gateway on the current website. Do not interpret the request confirmation or tracking page as proof of successful payment. Payment arrangements are confirmed directly by V Drop. Do not share passwords or banking PINs.
Delivery, replacement and warranty
Delivery is offered across India with distance-based shipping charges. Expected delivery is 2–3 days but government transport services and other transport delays may extend this. Damaged products may be replaced and products within their warranty period may be returned, subject to applicable product warranty terms. Warranty length, return transport costs, refund method and any reporting deadline must be confirmed for your product before ordering.
Your responsibilities and website content
Provide accurate contact and delivery information and use this website for genuine enquiries. Do not submit unlawful material, attempt to access other customers’ records or interfere with the service. Buying guides provide general information; follow the product manufacturer’s instructions and seek professional advice where needed.
Questions and applicable rights
Contact V Drop if an order, price or policy is unclear before paying. These terms do not remove rights available under applicable Indian law. No special dispute venue or legal guarantee is stated here. Business-specific terms not yet defined will be confirmed directly rather than assumed.
